TERMS OF SERVICE
Jobsite Solutions — Perry Construction Services LLC

By engaging Jobsite Solutions for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These terms govern the relationship between Jobsite Solutions and our clients.
1. ABOUT US
Jobsite Solutions is a trade name of Perry Construction Services LLC, a construction site services company based in Hobart, Indiana. We provide erosion control, landscape installation, site maintenance, and related services primarily to residential construction projects.
2. SERVICES
We provide site services as agreed upon in written quotes or work orders. The scope, timeline, and pricing of each job are defined at the time of agreement. Any changes to scope requested after work begins may result in a revised quote and additional charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
3. QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change after that period. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of request — changes in site conditions, access, or scope may affect final pricing.
Material costs are estimated based on current pricing at time of quote and may vary.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing. We accept check, ACH transfer, and major credit cards.
Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee and suspension of services until the balance is resolved. We reserve the right to pursue collection for unpaid balances.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND SCHEDULING
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Jobs cancelled with less notice may be subject to a trip charge to cover mobilization costs.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates but are not responsible for delays caused by weather, site access issues, or conditions outside our control.
6. SITE ACCESS AND CONDITIONS
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe, legal access to the work site on the scheduled date. If the site is inaccessible or conditions make work unsafe or impractical, we may reschedule and a trip charge may apply.
You represent that you have the authority to authorize work at the site location provided.
7. SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your mobile number and consenting to text messaging, you agree to receive SMS communications from Jobsite Solutions related to your service, including scheduling, job updates, and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent is not a condition of service.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobsite Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Indiana law.
9. WARRANTY
We stand behind our work. If you have a concern about the quality of a completed job, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. This does not cover damage caused by weather events, third parties, or conditions outside our control after work is completed.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Indiana.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
