General Site Laborer

Jobsite Solutions is hiring general site laborers to support daily operations on active residential development sites for national homebuilders throughout Northwest Indiana. This is a hands-on role covering a variety of site maintenance and support tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with site cleanup, maintenance, and scope gap work across active job sites

Support erosion control, landscaping, and grading crews as needed

Perform basement dewatering, cleanouts, and other general labor tasks

Learn multiple areas of the business with opportunity to specialize over time

Qualifications

No specific trade experience required, willingness to learn a must

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Physically able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and dependability

Compensation: $18-30/hour, depending on experience.

Location: Hobart, IN and surrounding Northwest Indiana job sites.
